Privacy Policy

1. What we don't collect

• Receipts and invoices you create. These are generated entirely inside your browser. They are never uploaded to any server we control.
• Client names, item descriptions, prices, totals, logos, or any business information you type into the app. All of this stays on your device.
• Accounts, emails, passwords, or payment methods. invoice44 has no signup, so there's nothing to collect.
• Files you download. PDFs, PNGs, JPEGs and Word documents are generated locally in your browser and saved directly to your device.

2. What is collected automatically

When you visit invoice44.com, the following limited information is processed for normal site operation:

• Standard server logs from our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages): IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp. Used for security, abuse prevention, and basic analytics. Retained per Cloudflare's standard log policy.
• Approximate location from your IP address, used only to auto-select a default currency in the app. This happens client-side and is not stored.
• Locally stored preferences. Theme (light/dark), last-used template and similar UI settings are saved in your browser's localStorage. They are not sent anywhere.

3. Advertising

invoice44 displays ads through the Adsterra ad network. Adsterra and its ad partners may set their own cookies and use your IP address, user agent and approximate location to serve and measure ads. We do not share any receipt or business data with them — there is none to share.

You can block ads using any standard browser extension; invoice44 will continue to work normally.

4. Cookies

invoice44 itself sets no tracking cookies. Third-party ad scripts may set their own cookies on the pages where ads appear. You can clear or block these via your browser settings.

5. Children

invoice44 is a general-purpose business tool and not directed at children under 13. We knowingly collect no personal information from children.

6. Your rights

Because invoice44 stores no personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete on request. To remove anything saved by the app on your own device, simply clear your browser storage for invoice44.com, or uninstall the PWA.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of invoice44 after a change constitutes acceptance.
